Every BYD vehicle purchased through BYD Automotive Group ships with a full factory warranty, a transferable service record, and access to our certified global service network.
What every BYD includes.
Or 150,000 km, whichever comes first. Covers manufacturing defects in powertrain, body, and electronics.
Or 200,000 km. Includes capacity warranty: at least 70% of rated capacity at the end of the term.
Free roadside assistance for the entire vehicle warranty period, in all 82 delivery markets.
Servicing your BYD.
Routine servicing is performed at any BYD-certified service centre worldwide. When a warranty claim is required, the service centre inspects the vehicle, confirms warranty eligibility against the VIN, performs the repair, and submits the cost directly to BYD — there is no out-of-pocket cost for the owner on covered repairs.

Exclusions.
- Normal wear items (tyres, brake pads, wiper blades, filters, fluids)
- Damage from accident, misuse, racing, or unauthorised modifications
- Cosmetic wear and interior surface wear from normal use
- Damage from improper charging infrastructure or extreme environmental conditions outside spec
- Any repair performed outside the certified BYD service network
