Service network

Servicing your BYD.

Routine servicing is performed at any BYD-certified service centre worldwide. When a warranty claim is required, the service centre inspects the vehicle, confirms warranty eligibility against the VIN, performs the repair, and submits the cost directly to BYD — there is no out-of-pocket cost for the owner on covered repairs.

What's not covered

Exclusions.

  • Normal wear items (tyres, brake pads, wiper blades, filters, fluids)
  • Damage from accident, misuse, racing, or unauthorised modifications
  • Cosmetic wear and interior surface wear from normal use
  • Damage from improper charging infrastructure or extreme environmental conditions outside spec
  • Any repair performed outside the certified BYD service network
