Investment Plans are a managed allocation: we pool your capital with other members and allocate across a mix that may include BYD stock plus related instruments. Can non-US / non-China investors participate?

What happens to my investment if I also buy a BYD vehicle?
They're fully independent. Gold-tier Plan members and above automatically earn entries to the quarterly vehicle giveaway drawing, but investment positions are not tied to vehicle purchases. You can own shares without ever owning a car, and vice versa.
How are returns taxed?
