Section 1 — Accepted payment methods
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank wire, ACH (US), SEPA (EU), and six cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, BUSD, DAI). Crypto deposits clear on-chain with 2–6 confirmations depending on asset. Card and ACH deposits use our PCI-DSS Level-1 processor.
Bank wires over $250,000 are routed through our custody partner (BNY Mellon) and may require additional KYB documentation.
Section 2 — Vehicle deposits
Configuring a vehicle reserves production capacity. Deposit is 10% of the configured price, refundable for 7 days after the order confirmation. After 7 days, deposit is non-refundable except where warranted by delivery failure from our side.
Final payment is due within 14 days of the vessel-departure notice. Late final payment incurs a 1% per-week service charge for the first 4 weeks; beyond that, the reservation converts to inventory and the deposit is forfeit.
Section 3 — Installments
Installment plans run 3 to 48 months with APR 0% to 12%, depending on your credit profile and deposit percentage. Monthly payments are debited on the same calendar day each month. Grace period: 5 days.
Late fee: the greater of $25 or 5% of the overdue installment. Three consecutive missed payments trigger default and repossession proceedings. Contracts are governed by ESIGN Act clauses. Full schedule is published in each loan agreement.
Section 4 — Investment payments
Deposits to Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Diamond tiers settle to your wallet within two business days for wire/ACH, or upon chain confirmation for crypto. Positions activate at 02:00 UTC on the next business day after settlement.
Withdrawals have a 24-hour cooldown for security. Withdrawals over $50,000 require voice verification. Dividend payments are issued monthly (Bronze–Gold) or quarterly (Diamond) to your wallet; you can reinvest or withdraw at any time after lockup expiry.
Section 5 — Refunds & chargebacks
Refunds for vehicle returns (within the 7-day satisfaction window) are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Credit-card chargebacks are handled per card-network rules; frivolous chargebacks may result in account suspension.
Section 6 — Fees summary
- Late installment: $25 or 5%, whichever is greater.
- Wire fee (outbound > $10K): $45 per transfer.
- Crypto gas reimbursement: at cost, disclosed per-withdrawal.
- FX conversion: interbank mid-rate + 0.45%.
- Insufficient-funds on ACH: $35.
- Returned paper check: $35.
All fees are disclosed before confirmation and itemized on your receipt. Regulatory reporting thresholds (e.g., CTR/SAR filings, OFAC screening) are managed silently and do not incur customer fees.
