Track every stage of your BYD order from factory to your driveway. Sign in to your Dashboard → My Cars to see current status, ETA, VIN, and delivery concierge contact.
Financing & payments
View your payment schedule, make an early payment, or update autopay from Dashboard → Installments. Deposit and withdraw funds any time from Dashboard → Deposit.
Investments & dividends
Manage fund positions, reinvest dividends, or withdraw payouts from Dashboard → Investments. Year-end tax summaries (1099-DIV and 1099-MISC) become available each January.
Account, KYC & security
Update your personal details, billing address, 2FA, and trusted devices in Dashboard → Settings. KYC re-verification is handled by our compliance team within 2 business days.
